A quick and easy sweet for the celebration of spring, using our biscuits filled with peach jam.
What you are going to need is
A pack of spring bites
3 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt
150gr of blueberry jam
Walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds or whatever you want to add this superfood touch.
Ready in 10 minutes. Definitely not boring. The topping made a huge difference to the berries both in texture and taste. Just delicious.
